Super 8 By Wyndham Hamilton Hotel

Huge family room, helpful morning staff.

Booked a room with a comfortable bed. Booked it for US$ 67. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location to the grocery store.

We needed to have elevator.

The staff was very accommodating It was centrally located Good value for the money

Our first room had a loud humming noise that kept me awake all night We changed rooms to a much quieter one but the bed was a bit too hard.

The only thing I enjoyed was the clean coffee, but the a/c was broken, and the breakfast space was unacceptable-tables everywhere! I was really expecting an upgrade or at least complimentary snacks for the hassle. Almost considered giving a good review, but that's just not how I roll.

It was very affordable, clean and the staff was amazing! Robert, the general manager was so friendly and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible!

At first, not having a sauna was annoying but I would rather pay $64.00 then $89.00 and live without the hot tub. Most of the time, I don't even use it!

A bold move that proved rewarding!

Arriving here was a pleasant surprise. The rooms werenice and neat, which countered my initial concerns about the lobby's appearance. Breakfast had decent options, including fruit and yogurt. Staff were impressively helpful, particularly when I needed assistance locating a forgotten item. It's a great pitstop with functional amenities for travelers.

The friendly general Manager Robert was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

No pool and facilities for children, or a work out room

The staff on duty when we checked in was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant.

The staff were friendly. Our family enjoyed the spacious room that easily accommodated us, and breakfast had enough variety to get us fueled for the day.

My children wished for a pool on-site.

Friendly service, though a few employees were inexperienced. The location was particularly good and comfy for traveling around Hamilton, not far from the center and a supermarket, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops and coffee shops. I had coffee at Outlaw Coffee, located within 5 minutes walk...

The staff was particularly helpful , going out of their way to assist with lost items. It's a peaceful stay with access to local attractions like the distillery and art works just a stone's throw away.

The air conditioning could use an upgrade, especially during smoky weather conditions.

The staff guy working at night was great and very friendly. The price was affordable.

The lady working the morning, had other things on her mind except the needs of the customer. She really didn't have much going on when it came to communicating with the customer. Also everyone working there should have noticed the mini fridge at the breakfast where they keep the clod milk, etc. It was the dirtiest thing I have ever seen! Like it came out of Animal House or something. Everyone working there has seen it and chose to ignore it. It makes you think about other areas of the hotel, if they can't even clean something this small and simple.

Clean room, quick check-in, but breakfast options were quite limited.
